2 small serves
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful watercress
1 handful basil
1 handful parsley
small handful pine nuts
small chunk parmesan (omit for dairy-free)
1-2 cloves garlic
glug of hemp oil (or hemp seeds)
splash of olive oil
1/4-1/2 juice of lemon or lime
Place all in blender and whizz away! Voi-la, super greens pesto.
Can swap spinach/watercress for baby leaf salad, or rocket.
Add a kiwi fruit (and omit parmesan) for extra zing!
